Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team to boost customer care and satisfaction. The role offers a flat-rate pay structure reflecting regional earning potential.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, explaining repairs, and staying current with automotive technology through ongoing paid training. ASE certifications within two years are encouraged and supported.

Qualifications

• Valid automobile driver's license required.
• Brake diagnosis/repair skills essential.
• Alignment, steering and suspension diagnosis/repair experience.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years of employment.
