Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Georgia is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a team toward high-quality customer care. You will diagnose and repair tasks from brakes to A/C, stay current with evolving automotive technology through paid training, and pursue ASE certifications within two years.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• 5 years of automotive repair experience.
• ASE certification in at least 3 of A1-A8 (L1 can be one).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brakes, electrical, suspension, A/C and more per specifications.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical tasks.
