Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Brakes diagnosis and repair skills.
• Alignment, steering & suspension diagnosis/repair skills.
• General automotive maintenance & tire repair expertise.
• Able to convey technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing, and math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brakes, exhaust, electrical, etc.).
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers/non-technical staff.
• Stay current with automotive technology through formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Maintain ASE certifications (A1–A8) within first two years; company pays tests.
