Qualifikationen

• Valid driver's license required.
• Brakes diagnosis/repair experience.
• Alignment/steering/suspension diagnosis or repair experience.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with changing automotive tech through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment; tests/fees paid by company; bonus for tests passed.
