CONVERGIX Automation Solutions seeks a Project Manager to lead diverse automation projects, acting as the PM for cost, schedule, and scope from start to finish. You will drive customer satisfaction, mentor the project team, and collaborate with engineering and supply chain.

The role emphasizes schedule rigor, risk mitigation, and clear communication with management, clients, and suppliers, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in engineering design and machine building.
• Two+ years in project management or related field.
• Ability to travel within US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects to customer satisfaction, on time delivery, and budget control.
• Coach team on project management fundamentals and best practices.
• Maintain detailed schedules with a Critical Path.
• Manage budgets, labor forecasts, and risk registers.
• Coordinate design reviews and change management processes.
• Travel to customer sites for site acceptance testing and follow-ups.
