Job summary

CONVERGIX is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex automation projects. You will act as the CEO of assigned projects, guiding a team of SMEs to deliver Cost, Schedule, and Scope according to contracts.

The role reports to the Director of Project Management and requires strong leadership and a track record of delivering results. You will mentor the project team, manage budgets, resources, and risks, and ensure customer satisfaction with on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team.
• Project Management experience; PMP certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel within US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Adhere to project management fundamentals and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering and supply chain for design release and materials.
