Job summary

CONVERGIX Automation Solutions in Exton, PA is seeking seasoned Project Managers who act as the CEO of their projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budget, schedule, and scope, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining documentation, guiding design reviews, and coordinating with Engineering and Supply Chain to meet delivery milestones. Travel to client sites and facilitate acceptance testing as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects from initiation to closeout.
• Ability to manage cost, schedule and scope to contract.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects to customer satisfaction, on time and within budget.
• Coach team on project management fundamentals and maintain project documentation.
• Facilitate design reviews and manage risk and schedule constraints.
• Travel to customer sites and oversee acceptance testing where required.
