Convergix Automation Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead automation projects from initiation through execution and final acceptance. You will oversee a team of SMEs, manage cost, schedule, and scope, and keep customers engaged with regular updates.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, project governance, and collaboration with engineering and supply chain to ensure timely releases and successful project outcomes. Local travel to client sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires travel within US and Canada.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Technical capacity in custom automated equipment is an asset.
• Team-oriented leadership and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects to customer satisfaction on time and within budget.
• Coach team on project management fundamentals and maintain documentation.
• Manage budgets, labor forecasts, risk, schedule, and change control.
