Job summary

San Bernardino County is seeking a Supervising Automated Systems Analyst I to oversee networked information systems and distribute PCs and devices. The role may supervise a technical staff and work with endpoint systems such as desktops and printers.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time experience supporting computer applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; proficiency with networked desktops and file/print servers.
• Experience supervising or leading technical staff in IT operations or help desk environments.
• Knowledge of IT service management practices, SLAs, ticket tracking, and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, modify, implement, and oversee complex networked computer systems and devices.
• Assist IT service desk manager with SLAs, asset inventory, and Help Desk tracking.
• Coordinate hardware deployments, upgrades, and migrations; advise on hardware and software solutions.
