The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-language ability, and readiness for RSS certification; preferred experience in auto parts retail and ASE certification.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers professionally.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification (required candidate initiative).
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) is a plus.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.

Aufgaben

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Answer the telephone according to company policy and manage store communications.
• Process all buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle returns and exchanges, issue refunds accurately, and stage returned merchandise.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages.
• Oversee adherence to posted work schedules and clock-in/out policies; perform opening/closing duties.
