Job summary

The Cube in Chicago is seeking an Attractions Supervisor to lead the attractions team on shift, delivering a high-class, immersive entertainment experience across 21 CUBEs.

You will supervise 80+ hosts, rotate staff to match customer flow, escalate issues, learn games, and deputise for the Attractions Managers to maintain outstanding service.

Excellent verbal and written English is required; you should be flexible to work evenings and weekends and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in presenting or performing roles.
• Experience in competitive socialising or games venues.
• Experience working in high volume venues.
• Experience leading large teams and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the department on shift, ensuring team members provide suitable performance for every customer.
• Rotating staff during shifts according to customer flow.
• Escalating issues to the correct superior staff.
• Learn and familiarise with all games, including setup and rules.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service area at all times.
• Assist in setting up the venue before opening.
• Assume the role of CUBE host when required.
• Deputise in absence of Attractions Managers.
• Complete daily Duty reports.
• Organise group bookings with Group Bookings team.
