Job summary

The Cube Chicago is seeking an Attractions Assistant Manager to support the Attractions Manager in delivering a safe, smooth and high‑quality entertainment operation. You will lead the attractions team with a hands‑on approach to staff management and guest experience.

You will oversee 80+ hosts across 21 CUBEs, coordinate with Group Bookings and F&B for events, organize shifts, learn all games, and ensure a clean, presentable service area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in presenting or performing roles.
• Experience in a competitive socialising or games venue.
• Experience working in high-volume venues.
• Experience leading large teams as well as working independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead department, ensuring staff provide game show host-style performance for every customer.
• Supervise the department on shift.
• Coordinate with Group Bookings Coordinator and F&B teams for events and party packages.
• Handle staff and operational issues, escalating as required.
• Rotate staff and organise shifts.
• Learn and familiarise with all games, including set up and rules.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service area at all times.
• Assist in setting up the venue before opening.
• If needed, assume the role of Cube host to help.
• Assist in HR or performance-related issues.
• Deputise in the absence of Attractions Manager.
