Opt For Healthy Living seeks an Assistant Registrar for Articulation and Graduation Advising. The role leads the articulation, transfer credit evaluation, graduation services, and degree audit functions, reporting to the University Registrar.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a job-related field.
A minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional experience in university registrar operations, with two years providing lead or supervisory guidance.

Responsibilities

Oversee articulation and graduation advising, transfer credit, degree audit, plan codes, graduation processing, and degree conferral functions.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and campus policies governing student records and graduation requirements.
Provide direct supervision and leadership for the Articulation and Graduation Advising and Transfer Credit teams.
Develop procedures, strategic initiatives, and metrics to improve operational effectiveness and customer service.
Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Enrollment Management Services, IT, governance committees, and CSU Chancellor's Office to support timely degree completion.
