Asphaltech Pavement Solutions in Deptford, NJ is seeking a results-driven Asphalt Foreman to lead field crews and deliver high-quality paving and maintenance projects across South Jersey.

You will supervise crews, coordinate equipment and daily plans, read and interpret construction plans, enforce OSHA safety standards, and maintain strong communication with management to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in asphalt operations.
• Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise asphalt crews on active jobsites in South Jersey.
• Coordinate daily work plans, crew assignments, and jobsite workflow.
• Monitor equipment use and safe operation procedures.
• Enforce company safety standards and maintain quality control.
