Coordinate daily work plans, crew assignments, and jobsite workflow.
Monitor equipment use, basic maintenance awareness, and safe operation procedures.
Read and interpret construction plans and communicate scope to the crew.
Enforce company safety standards and OSHA-conscious jobsite practices.
Maintain quality control for paving, repairs, and related asphalt work.
Communicate with managers, crew members, and project stakeholders as needed.
Help keep projects on schedule and support productive field operations.
