Job summary

Asphaltech Pavement Solutions in Atlantic County, NJ is seeking a full-time Asphalt Foreman to lead field crews and deliver quality paving projects across South Jersey. You will supervise crews, coordinate equipment, ensure safety standards, and keep projects moving from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of asphalt operations experience, prior supervisory experience, and a solid understanding of OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in asphalt operations.
• Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience.
• Knowledge of asphalt equipment operation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise asphalt crews on active jobsites in the assigned area.
• Coordinate daily work plans, crew assignments, and workflow.
• Monitor equipment use, maintenance awareness, and safety procedures.
• Read and interpret construction plans and explain scope to crew.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Keep projects on schedule and support field operations.
