Job summary

Asphaltech Pavement Solutions is seeking a full-time Asphalt Foreman in Gloucester County, NJ to lead field crews and deliver high-quality paving and maintenance projects across South Jersey. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate plans, and ensure safety and efficiency on active jobsites.

This role requires 3+ years in asphalt operations, prior supervision, and strong leadership. You'll read construction plans, manage equipment, enforce OSHA standards, and serve as a link between

• 3+ years of asphalt experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise asphalt crews on active jobsites in South Jersey.
• Coordinate daily work plans, crew assignments, and workflow.
• Monitor equipment use, maintenance, and safe operation procedures.
• Read construction plans and convey scope to the crew.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA practices on site.
• Maintain quality control for paving and repairs.
• Communicate with managers, crew members and stakeholders.
• Help keep projects on schedule and support field operations.
