Job summary

Asphaltech Pavement Solutions is seeking an experienced Asphalt Foreman to lead field crews across Cape May County, NJ. You will supervise active jobsites, coordinate plans and equipment, and ensure safety standards while delivering quality paving and maintenance work.

In this full-time role, you will communicate with managers and stakeholders, read construction plans, and drive projects toward on-time completion with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of asphalt operations experience.
• Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience.
• Knowledge of asphalt equipment operation and maintenance.
• Strong safety knowledge and OSHA familiarity.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; no provisional licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise asphalt crews on active jobsites.
• Coordinate daily work plans, crew assignments, and jobsite workflow.
• Monitor equipment use, basic maintenance awareness, and safe operation procedures.
• Read and interpret construction plans and communicate scope to the crew.
• Enforce company safety standards and OSHA-conscious practices.
• Maintain quality control for paving, repairs and related asphalt work.
• Communicate with managers, crew members, and project stakeholders as needed.
• Help keep projects on schedule and support productive field operations.
