Job summary

Asphaltech Pavement Solutions in Washington Township, NJ seeks an experienced Asphalt Foreman to lead field crews on active projects across South Jersey. You will read blueprints, coordinate daily plans, monitor equipment, enforce OSHA standards, and keep projects moving safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in asphalt operations.
Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience.
Knowledge of asphalt equipment operation and maintenance.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean record; no provisional licenses.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise asphalt crews on active jobsites in and around the assigned service area.
Coordinate daily work plans, crew assignments, and jobsite workflow.
Monitor equipment use, basic maintenance awareness, and safe operation procedures.
Read and interpret construction plans and communicate scope to the crew.
Enforce company safety standards and OSHA-conscious jobsite practices.
Maintain quality control for paving, repairs, and related asphalt work.
Communicate with managers, crew members, and project stakeholders as needed.
Help keep projects on schedule and support productive field operations.
