Job summary

Asphaltech Pavement Solutions in Mays Landing, NJ seeks an Asphalt Foreman to lead field crews, coordinate paving and maintenance projects across South Jersey, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on every job. You will oversee day-to-day operations, read plans, manage equipment, and communicate with supervisors and clients to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in asphalt operations, proven leadership, and a strong commitment to OSHA safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in asphalt operations.
• Experience supervising or leading crews.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt equipment operation and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise asphalt crews on active jobsites in South Jersey.
• Coordinate daily work plans, crew assignments, and jobsite workflow.
• Monitor equipment use and safety procedures on-site.
• Read and interpret construction plans and communicate scope to the crew.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards on the jobsite.
• Maintain quality control for paving and repairs.
• Communicate with managers, crew members, and stakeholders.
• Help keep projects on schedule and within budget.
