Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Houston, TX, is seeking a seasoned Field Engineering Lead for architectural construction scope. You will supervise Architectural Field Engineers, provide technical leadership on planning, material management, and turnover, and collaborate with architects, MEP teams, and subcontractors to align with design intent and project requirements.

You will guide safety, quality control, and field issue resolution while developing assigned personnel and coordinating with construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in architecture/engineering.
• 8–10 years of relevant field engineering experience or 12–14 years total.
• Ability to lead Architectural Field Engineers and coordinate with architects/MEP teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Architectural Field Engineers' activities and priorities.
• Oversee preparation and review of construction drawings and field instructions.
• Coordinate work planning, material management, and turnover readiness.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control across architectural installations.
