Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13–15 years of relevant experience or 17–19 years of relevant work experience.
• Leads and integrates field staff to deliver safe, coordinated construction execution.
• Aligns civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and piping activities to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees coordination and direction of a variety of disciplines.
• Proactively develops staff through CPM, competency development and feedback.
• Directs construction engineering activities and ensures compliance with procedures.
• Approves staffing requisitions as delegated by the Manager of Construction.
• Reviews project plans and specifications for constructability and regulatory conformance.
