Job summary

MSH seeks a Lead Architect for ServiceNow with RMF/CAM expertise to guide enterprise ITSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITOM and related integrations in a TS/SCI environment. The role emphasizes security, performance, and complex architectural direction in a federal context.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong CMDB and identity management skills, and a track record leading TRBs and deployment readiness activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience (or a master's plus 6), including 3+ years of system administration in a service desk environment
• Active Top Secret ( TS/SCI) security clearance required
• Implementation and integration across ITSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITOM, Discovery or App Engine
• Led TRBs and deployment management: update set reviews, release readiness and production sign-off
• Reviews Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, integrations and Flow Designer for performance and security
• Directed architecture work such as CMDB modernization, enterprise integrations, identity management, Employee Center migrations or IRM/GRC implementations
• Manages instance security (ACLs, user and group access) and health scan remediation
• Certs (CTA, CSA, CAD, CAS App Engine) and CIS from IRM/GRC, HRSD, ITSM and SecOps
• Hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC or CAM experience on federal RMF, NIST 800-37/800-53, ATO packages, control assessments, POA&M tracking and continuous monitoring are big pluses

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture across ServiceNow modules including RMF/CAM
• Oversee security posture: ACLs, access controls, and health checks
• Drive CMDB modernization and enterprise integrations
• Manage implementation reviews, release readiness, and production sign-off
• Evaluate and optimize scripts, rules, and flow designs for performance and security
