Job summary

MSH in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Lead Consultant for ServiceNow RMF/CAM with 8+ years of ServiceNow implementations in Agile environments. This role requires 6+ years across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB and SPM, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

You will manage complex integrations (REST/SOAP, SSO/SAML, OAuth, LDAP, MID Server, eBonding, JDBC) and drive CI/CD/DevSecOps practices, code reviews, and performance analytics reporting as part of design-led projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow implementations in Agile.
• Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance is MUST.
• Complex integrations: REST/SOAP, SSO/SAML, OAuth, LDAP, MID Server, eBonding, JDBC and data migration.
• CI/CD, DevSecOps and code review experience.
• Has led developers and run implementations against a design.
• Performance Analytics reports and dashboards.
• Certs (has them or will get them): CSA, a ServiceNow developer cert, Security+ (or similar) and ITIL 4 Foundation
