Job summary

Fujitsu seeks a seasoned Associate Partner for the Physical AI practice in the U.S. You will serve as the senior technical owner, guiding architecture, feasibility, and transformation for high-value AI/automation programs.

This role requires leadership of interdisciplinary teams, delivery oversight, and collaboration with client executives to translate strategy into scalable solutions, with a clear path toward Partner.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting or senior leadership owning physical AI programs spanning perception, modeling, and execution.
• Delivery of production solutions with measurable business outcomes in real operating environments.
• Advanced degree (PhD, MS in Computer Science, Robotics, or equivalent) preferred; deep hands-on experience can substitute.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical owner for the Physical AI practice and oversee architecture judgment.
• Shape technical strategy, reference architectures, and reusable accelerators for Physical AI.
• Mentor high-performing technical and delivery teams and drive client delivery excellence.
