Job summary

Wright Tree Service is seeking a Crew Leader to guide a tree-trimming crew, allocate tasks, and ensure OSHA safety compliance on job sites. You will coach teammates, monitor work quality, and coordinate with the General Foreperson to meet production goals while maintaining customer relations.

Requirements include 3+ years in tree work, valid First-Aid/CPR, ability to work long hours including emergencies, and strong communication skills in English and Spanish as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in tree trimming/clearing work.
• Valid First-Aid and CPR.
• Ability to work long hours including emergencies (storm work).
• English language proficiency; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to company policies, on-the-job safety practices, and OSHA regulations.
• Coaches crew on safety, methods, and customer requirements.
• Allocates crew assignments and prioritizes work per General Foreperson guidance.
• Performs tree trimming/removal using appropriate equipment.
• Maintains records of production, timesheets, and work orders.
