Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience on tree trimming or clearing crews.
• CPR/First-Aid credentials or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew and coach to meet production goals.
• Identify safety hazards and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Direct and assign daily tasks for pruning/removal.
• Maintain crew production records (timesheets, work orders, manhours).
• Operate and inspect tools and vehicles; ensure proper maintenance.
