Job summary

Wright Tree Service is seeking a Crew Leader to guide a field crew in trimming, pruning and removing trees while adhering to safety and customer requirements. You will coordinate work orders, train crew members, and ensure compliance with ANSI standards and OSHA regulations.

You will work outdoors on varied terrain, often with exposure to hazardous equipment and power lines. Strong leadership and bilingual English/Spanish communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience supervising crews in field operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and industry standards.
• Ability to follow and teach company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coach crew to meet production goals and safety requirements.
• Identify hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Coordinate task allocation, scheduling, and quality control on site.
• Operate and maintain herbicide application and tree care equipment.
