Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles.

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage APU development projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for project success.
• Monitor progress, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Maintain an airtight change management process.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to project team members.
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.
