Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project, systems, or test engineering.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective project plans including timelines, budgets, deliverables and resource profiles for key APS programs.
• Define the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), track milestones, and provide monthly updates.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables and provide guidance to team members.
• Establish project organization and operating system to ensure coordination and communication.
• Identify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks to minimize impact.
• Provide regular communication of program status to leadership and customers when relevant.
