Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a hands-on Senior Data Scientist to own the data science engine for a priority vertical, delivering deployed models and live ROAS performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders, frame problems by metric, and drive modeling from problem to deployment and monitoring.

You will start with Insurance and Advertiser Quality, expanding scope over time to influence revenue across brands with strong Python/SQL and ML expertise in a remote-first, global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hands-on data science delivering measurable business impact.
• Experience building and deploying ML solutions in AWS cloud.
• Strong modeling fundamentals and production-ready workflow.
• Experience with adtech or performance marketing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the full data science engine for a priority vertical from problem to deployed model and ROAS metrics.
• Frame business problems with stakeholders and hand off ML engineering work for deployment.
• Focus initially on Insurance and Advertiser Quality with expanding scope over time.
• Deliver models that drive ROAS and revenue growth across multiple brands.
