Job summary

HEICO investigates and leads engineering solutions, providing customers with product design recommendations and design option adaptations. The Applications Engineer Lead designs parts in CAD, prepares quotations, and creates production routers and BOMs, while guiding and coaching the team to meet project milestones.

Responsibilities include setting priorities, delegating tasks, and resolving conflicts to ensure high team performance and alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent is desired.
• 1–3 years of industry experience desired.
• 3 years’ work experience with Leader Tech.
• ERP system experience desired.
• 3D CAD experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead a design/engineering team and delegate tasks.
• Train and coach team members and manage progress.
• Resolve team conflicts and monitor performance.
• Prepare estimates for quotations and design parts in CAD.
• Create production routers and BOMs.
