Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the Application Engineering team.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Travel to branches for joint sales calls and certifications.
• Develop white papers and technical videos for core products.
• Track partner certification requirements quarterly.
