Brookside Properties is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Spring Hill Townhomes in Lebanon, TN. This role involves leading maintenance operations and ensuring all property upkeep while providing exceptional service to residents.
The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience and strong HVAC skills, as well as proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with basic tools and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
- Strong HVAC skills & EPA Certification required.
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance and oversee all property upkeep.
- Complete service requests and apartment make‑readies.
- Manage preventive maintenance and ensure safety standards.
