Job summary

Brookside Properties in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Port Royal Townhomes. Perform routine and emergency maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems while ensuring safety and quality of service.

You will respond to resident service requests, maintain grounds and amenities, manage tools, and help keep the community compliant with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HVAC experience required; EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred.
• Experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Basic hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physically able to walk the property, climb ladders and stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Apartment maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general systems.
• Address resident maintenance requests and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities for a clean and safe environment.
• Manage maintenance tools and supplies inventory.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
