Job summary

Brookside Properties is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Spring Hill Townhomes in Lebanon, TN. This role involves leading maintenance operations and ensuring all property upkeep while providing exceptional service to residents.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience and strong HVAC skills, as well as proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with basic tools and reliable transportation.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Strong HVAC skills & EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
• Ability to supervise vendors and ensure safety compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to respond to after-hours calls and perform physical tasks outdoors
