Brookside is seeking a skilled Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities throughout the Nashville market, with Spring Hill Townhomes in Lebanon serving as your home base. This role is ideal for a maintenance professional who enjoys variety, takes pride in solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work alongside supportive teams across the market, helping maintain apartment homes, complete service requests, assist with unit turns, and ensure our communities remain safe and well‑maintained.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Strong HVAC skills & EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
• Ability to supervise vendors and ensure safety compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
• High school diploma or GED
• Drivers License
• Basic tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to respond to after‑hours calls and perform physical tasks outdoors
