Job summary

Valiant-Enterprises-LLC is looking for a Lead Maintenance professional to oversee the maintenance of properties and assist in various repairs and preparations for rental units. This role will require extensive experience in apartment maintenance along with strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the field, possess EPA certification, and be able to effectively manage service requests within the community. Bilingual capabilities in Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in apartment maintenance or related trade.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• EPA refrigerant transition and recovery certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform overall maintenance of the property under direction of the Community Manager.
• Complete service requests made by residents within 24 hours.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and perform repairs in resident apartments.
