Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in apartment maintenance, possess EPA certification, and have strong communication skills. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work some weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or related trade.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall maintenance under direction of the Community Manager.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Assure preventative maintenance is completed.
• Perform HVAC and light plumbing repairs.
