Prime Residential is seeking an Assistant Service Manager for Rock Creek 185, a 388-unit property in Portland, OR. You will support the Service Manager, supervise the service team, and ensure timely maintenance, curb appeal, and clean vacancies.

You'll lead daily meetings, coach staff, coordinate training, and collaborate on operations and budgets while upholding safety standards and resident service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential property maintenance experience.
• 1+ year of direct or indirect leadership experience overseeing a maintenance team.
• Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicles.
• Multi-family housing experience preferred.
• RealPage/OneSite proficiency preferred.
• HVAC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service team with the Service Manager.
• Conduct daily meetings and provide coaching.
• Lead training sessions with Maintenance Training Manager.
• Collaborate on personnel performance, operations, and budget.
• Foster a customer-focused culture.
• Manage service requests and prepare vacant apartments.
• Inspect building components (appliances, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Oversee safety inspections and SDS accessibility.
