Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking a Service Manager to lead the maintenance team at The Lakes in Beaverton, OR. You will oversee make-readies, service requests, safety-inspections, and daily operations to ensure curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

This on-site role requires hands-on leadership and a commitment to high standards. The position offers a schedule Monday–Friday 9:00 am–6:00 pm with an hourly target pay of $36.33 plus a 20% annual discretionary bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the service team with high performance.
• Conduct daily meetings and provide coaching to the team.
• Organize and lead training sessions with Maintenance Training Manager.
• Collaborate with the Community Director on personnel and budget.
• Foster a customer-focused culture of respect and efficiency.
• Manage and complete service requests and prepare vacant apartments.
• Diagnose and repair building components (appliances, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Conduct routine property and safety inspections and monitor contractor work.
