Yoh is seeking a Lead Android Developer to design, build, and lead delivery of Android applications for a consumer banking environment. You will work hands-on (Kotlin + Jetpack Compose) and lead Agile teams, shaping mobile architecture, quality, and releases through modern CI/CD.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product, design, QA, and backend teams to deliver secure, scalable features for accounts and onboarding. Onsite in Richardson, TX with senior leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years building complex commercial software.
• 4+ years leading Agile teams.
• Expert-level Android apps with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Experience in consumer banking: account management and onboarding.
• Strong RESTful APIs integration and use of third-party libraries.
• Solid mobile UI/UX, accessibility, and security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of production Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Own and evolve the mobile architecture (patterns, modularization, maintainability, performance, security, test strategy).
• Partner with product, design, QA, and backend teams to deliver features for consumer banking (accounts onboarding).
• Drive Agile execution: facilitate rituals, refine stories, mentor engineers, remove blockers.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and libraries ensuring reliability and security.
• Champion mobile UI/UX principles and accessibility best practices.
