Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to lead digital analytics initiatives, including tag management and CX platforms. You will design and implement scalable analytics solutions, drive best practices for data collection, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will guide architecture choices, ensure compliance with data privacy principles, and help advance automation and testing across mobile and web analytics efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of analytics or tag management engineering experience.
• 5+ years of JavaScript coding experience.
• 5+ years experience with SQL or similar technologies.
• 2+ years experience with mobile app analytics across iOS and Android, including AppsFlyer.
• 2+ years experience with test automation and automated validation frameworks.
• Working knowledge of data privacy principles and regulatory considerations.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, tools, and engineering best practices.
• Ability to communicate processes and results with engineers, product owner, scrum master, third party vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute engineering objectives for digital analytics and tag management systems and CX platforms.
• Operate as a technical leader in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting scalable analytics solutions.
• Provide data collection strategy guidance aligned with business goals and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring solutions to life.
• Provide technical direction on architecture, design patterns, and engineering standards.
