Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Senior Data & Tag Management Lead to own Gen's data layer specifications, governance, and instrumentation strategy. You will manage Tealium iQ and Amplitude implementations, collaborating with product, engineering, and privacy teams to ensure accurate event tracking and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 10+ years in digital analytics with proven leadership, deep data governance, and hands-on tagging experience across SPA and traditional pages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive experience in digital analytics and data governance.
• Expertise with Tealium iQ and Amplitude; strong privacy knowledge.
• Proven leadership of analytics/data teams and roadmapping.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the enterprise data layer schema and governance.
• Lead tag management strategy across Tealium and Amplitude platforms.
• Collaborate with product, eng, and privacy to ensure compliant instrumentation.
• Mentor 2-3 ICs; conduct regular 1:1s and career development.
