Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Lead Product Analytics professional to guide a high-performing team supporting Data Ventures & Advertising. You will advise product, engineering, and business stakeholders on data-driven strategy and decision-making.

You will identify opportunities through customer insights, define KPIs, design experiments, build dashboards, and partner across functions to improve data quality and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management.
• Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience hiring, developing, coaching, and leading high-performing analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Analysts supporting Data Ventures & Advertising.
• Advise Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders on data-informed product strategy and decision-making.
• Identify product opportunities through customer insights, hypothesis-driven analysis, and product performance deep dives.
• Define product KPIs, measurement strategies, and event instrumentation requirements.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests using statistical methods to measure product impact.
• Build scalable dashboards, reporting, and self-service analytics solutions.
• Leverage clickstream and behavioral data to improve customer experience and influence product roadmaps.
• Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive product innovation and business outcomes.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve data quality and measure product impact.
