Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a senior Analytics/MarTech leader to develop and guide a high-performing software analytics team. You will drive data-driven decision making, oversee tagging and privacy considerations, and shape the technology strategy across marketing, data, and IT functions.

The role requires strong hands-on analytics skills, vendor management, and the ability to partner with Marketing, Product, and Data Science to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Experience with analytics and BI development environments.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms and tag management.
• Experience with SQL for data querying and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a software analytics/MarTech team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Drive improvements in development practices, team structure, processes, tooling, security and compliance.
• Oversee vendor relationships and influence product features and technical requirements.
• Recruit and onboard qualified team members to strengthen capabilities.
• Lead strategy, governance, and implementation of analytics infrastructure across web and mobile properties.
• Own media tracking infrastructure and reporting across paid channels; establish UTM frameworks and attribution models.
• Oversee integrations between CRM, media tools, and data infrastructure; drive CDP capabilities for audience segmentation and activation.
• Serve as MarTech domain expert across Marketing, Media, Digital, IT and Data teams; translate trends into actionable strategies for senior leadership.
