Job summary
Johnson & Johnson (DePuy Synthes) seeks a Lead Analyst, Digital CX Channels & Insights to enhance digital experiences for customers and the sales organization. Located in Raynham MA, Raritan NJ, Palm Beach Gardens FL or West Chester PA, the role combines data analysis, channel optimization, and cross-functional leadership.
You will drive adoption of channel enhancements, develop performance metrics, and translate business needs into prioritized requirements while ensuring compliant, scalable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in digital customer experience, CRM, analytics, or related business function.
- Experience leading complex projects in a matrixed organization.
- Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-channel initiatives spanning Salesforce CRM, IVR, portals and digital ordering.
- Coordinate discovery, requirements, testing, deployment, adoption, and optimization.
- Partner with IT and stakeholders on roadmaps, governance, and release readiness.
- Identify gaps between digital self-service and support functions; drive improvements.
