Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Analyst, Strategic Deployment to join our Orthopaedics team, located in West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA. You will provide analytic insight to optimize deployment design and field resourcing for a high-performing sales organization.

Responsibilities include driving performance metrics, developing go-to-market strategies, and training the deployment team on territory design and analytics. The role requires strong collaboration and communication across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of business experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Incentive Compensation or Business Administration preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in Sales Force Optimization (SFO), including deployment, targeting, alignment, and incentive compensation preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical experience and ability to interpret large data sources into business requirements.
• Ability to plan and execute multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion performance metrics and continuous improvement for Deployment Organization.
• Utilize mapping and deployment software to develop new Go to Market strategies.
• Identify opportunities to optimize territory design and field force structure.
• Train Strategic Deployment Team on territory design and modeling capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams toward process improvement capabilities.
• Manage deployment data sources and territory mapping software.
• Develop policy and governance rules for field sales structures.
• Generate actionable insights from data sources to support strategic decisions.
• Communicate business issues or opportunities to management.
