Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Analyst, US Digital Customer Solutions Deployments to support field deployments in Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or West Chester, PA. You will drive inventory management and other supply chain digital solutions.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and Supply Chain, with a focus on improving customer experience and deploying scalable programs across franchises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain or Engineering) required.
• Minimum 6+ years of supply chain/distribution logistics experience.
• Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams within a highly matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and advanced analytical skills required.
• MS PowerPoint and MS Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects to develop and test Orthopedic inventory management and other supply chain digital solutions, including developing actionable recommendations and implementation strategies.
• Lead and support the implementation of customer deployments and pilots of field-based inventory management and other supply chain digital solutions.
• Lead discussions with internal teams and customers to determine opportunities to improve inventory optimization and digital solution expansion across all franchises.
• Support digital solution marketing and adoption across various customer segments (ASCs, Trauma Centers, IDNs, Hospitals, etc.).
• Shape scorecards/dashboards to track progress against specific customer initiatives and educate MedTech teams on the processes and systems needed to address customer goals and challenges.
• Seek & lead continuous improvement and standardization of customer engagements/deployments and tracking within the team for supported solutions.
• Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy to assess the supply chain, recommend and implement solutions, and plan and provide significant recommendations for consideration into Supply Chain Customer Solutions Team.
• Mine and analyze data across multiple data sources: Order to Cash (multiple), Transportation, Finance, Distribution, E-Commerce, Cost to Serve; as well as customer provided data sets.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
