You will oversee STEM processes, balance customer needs with supply constraints, and partner across Planning, Inventory, Customer Service, and Sales to optimize service levels and revenues.

The role requires 4+ years in supply chain domains, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with SAP/ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, or related field is required.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or related fields.
• Proficiency with SAP, ERP systems, and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong analytical, data visualization, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead STEM processes, governance forums, and weekly reviews.
• Identify and mitigate supply disruptions and risks to product availability.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Planning and Manufacturing to translate impacts into plans.
• Provide timely communications on inventory, backorders, and recovery actions.
• Develop scenarios, dashboards, and monthly S&OP support.
